You can get up close and personal with these majestic creatures as part of the World Bird Sanctuary and Dickerson Park Zoo Presentations, or view from afar. This event has been gaining momentum since the first program was held in 1999. Last year, over 3,700 people helped make the event one of the most successful Eagle Days in years past. Don't forget your binoculars and camera, and have fun! Highlights include:
- Activities at School of the Osage Heritage Elementary and at the Osage River Access.
- Live eagles from the World Bird Sanctuary with naturalists on hand to answer questions at Osage National Golf Resort.
- Natural eagle viewing and photo opportunities at Willmore Lodge or from the decks of the Celebration Cruise II Yacht.
